Confirming an accurate filing is quick. An entry that was never filed, or whose facts have all changed, takes more intake and more checking.
Monitoring
This year or every year
Every case includes watching the entry and the next certification window. Ongoing monitoring past that first cycle is a separate line on the quote.
Money questions
Why not publish a price?
Because we would be guessing at your record. A published number either overcharges the simple cases or hides the real cost of the messy ones. The check is free, so the quote costs you nothing to get.
Can the price change mid-case?
Not for the scope we quoted. If something turns up that is genuinely outside it, we stop and tell you before doing the work, and you decide.
Is this cheaper than a law firm?
For filing-desk work, materially. We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice. That is exactly why the routine version of this job does not need to be billed by the hour.
What if the check finds nothing wrong?
Then we tell you that and there is nothing to buy. It happens, and it is a useful answer.
