Terms of service

1. What we provide

NoMoreFlags reads official public records, explains what may need attention, and — when you engage a compliance pack — helps prepare, validate, and track the operational work that follows. We are an independent private service, not a law firm, accounting firm, or government agency.

2. The free check

The free public-record check is a diagnostic. It shows the record we found, the potential flag, the source, the date we looked, and why it may need attention. It is provided as-is, includes no filing or submission, and creates no ongoing obligation for either side.

3. Paid engagements and scope

Each engagement has a stated scope: which records, and what will be prepared. Published prices are starting prices. Final eligibility and pricing depend on filing history, complexity, and available records, and we will state the price before work begins. If a case falls outside our scope, we will say so and may recommend a specialist rather than proceed.

4. Your responsibilities

• —Accuracy. Information and documents you provide must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Our work is built on what you tell us.
• —Authority. The person approving a declaration or certification must be authorized to do so for your company.
• —Approval. Nothing is certified or submitted in your name without your review and approval.

5. What we do not do

• —We do not provide legal advice or act as your attorney.
• —We do not represent or act on behalf of any government agency.
• —We do not guarantee that an agency will accept a filing or reach any particular outcome.
• —We do not certify facts without your approval, and we do not automate ambiguous cases without review.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are stated per case as a flat fee, quoted after the free check and agreed before work starts. Government filing fees, where they apply, are paid by you and are not marked up by us. Payment terms and cancellation rules will be stated in the final version.

7. Confidentiality and your data

Information you provide is used to do your work and is not sold or shared with other customers. Case records, approvals, and receipts are retained so the audit trail stays usable. See the privacy notice for details.

8. Limitation of liability

We work carefully, and we are still a service provider rather than an insurer of outcomes. The final version will state a liability cap tied to fees paid and exclude indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending an engagement

Either side can end an engagement with notice. You keep the case record and receipts for work already completed, and we stop monitoring at the end of the paid period. Recurring packs are cancelled for the next cycle, not retroactively.
